An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, is acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity. <\/p>\n\n<h3>\u00a7 2 Contractual partners, conclusion of contract<\/h3>\n<p>The purchase contract is concluded with: <strong>Studio48\u00b0Nord, Max Fraunhofer, Konradinstra\u00dfe 18, 81543 Munich.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent together with acceptance of the order immediately after it has been sent by means of an automated e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded with this e-mail confirmation.   <\/p>\n\n<h3>\u00a7 3 Contract language, contract text storage<\/h3>\n<p>The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.<\/p>\n<p>We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet. <\/p>\n\n<h3>\u00a7 4 Terms of delivery<\/h3>\n<p>Shipping costs may apply in addition to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about any shipping costs in the offers. <\/p>\n<p>We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself. <\/p>\n\n<h3>\u00a7 5 Payment<\/h3>\n<p>The following payment methods are available in our store:<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li><strong>PayPal:<\/strong> During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the store, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.  <\/li>\n    <li><strong>Credit card:<\/strong> When you place your order, you also provide us with your credit card details. Once you have been legitimized as the legitimate cardholder, we will ask the credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order has been placed. <\/li>\n    <li><strong>Apple Pay \/ Google Pay:<\/strong> You can use the integrated payment services to pay the invoice amount conveniently and securely using the payment method stored on your device. Payment is processed immediately after the order has been placed and confirmed by you via your respective device. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All prices are total prices. Value added tax is not shown in accordance with \u00a7 19 UStG. <\/p>\n\n<h3>\u00a7 6 Right of withdrawal &amp; return conditions<\/h3>\n<p>Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.  <\/p>\n<p>To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Studio48\u00b0Nord, Max Fraunhofer, Konradinstra\u00dfe 18, 81543 M\u00fcnchen, E-Mail: mail@studio48nord.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns and costs:<\/strong><br>You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund and condition of the goods:<\/strong><br>If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you (including the costs of delivery) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may refuse to make the repayment until we have received the goods back. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.  <\/p>\n<p>Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n<h3>\u00a7 7 Retention of title<\/h3>\n<p>The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.<\/p>\n\n<h3>\u00a7 8 Transport damage<\/h3>\n<p><strong>The following applies to consumers:<\/strong> If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights.
