The solution for a fixed, secure place

During daily use of the Dedica, one detail kept bothering us: the heavy portafilter often lay in the way on the worktop or left coffee stains there. We tested various holders, but many had one major problem: they often simply fell off as soon as you tried to remove the portafilter.

That’s why we have developed our own solution: A holder that really stays on the machine when you use it, thanks to special magnetic technology.

Function & advantages

Holds reliably to the housing: In contrast to many other solutions, we use extra-wide high-performance neodymium magnets. These ensure an extremely firm fit directly on the metal wall of your Dedica. The holder stays where it should be – even when the portafilter is removed.
Invisible technology: The magnets are not simply glued on, but invisibly integrated into the material during 3D printing. This ensures a clean look and prevents magnets from coming loose over time.
No assembly required: Simply attach to the desired position on the side of your Dedica. As we use the magnetic properties of the Dedica housing, no adhesive tape is required. This means: No residue and can be moved at any time.
More space & cleanliness: The work surface remains free and your portafilter “floats” elegantly and within easy reach at the side.

Material & sustainability

Material: Made from oil-free polylactic acid (PLA). This is a robust plastic based on corn starch, which is much more valuable than simple mass-produced goods.
Manufacturing: The entire manufacturing process in our Munich workshop uses 100% renewable electricity.

Compatibility

This holder was designed exclusively for the housing shape of the De’Longhi Dedica models EC685 and EC885. It is not suitable for other machines.

Here at Studio48°Nord, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every single product is designed, 3D printed and carefully packaged for you by our small team right here in our Munich workshop.

Shipping from Munich: Your order will be shipped directly from our workshop in Munich.
Shipping costs: We charge a flat rate of € 2.90 for shipping within Germany.
Fast processing: We know that you are looking forward to your order. As a rule, we process and dispatch orders within 48 hours (2 working days). So 1 working day for production and then the next working day at the latest the product goes to the post office. As we manufacture everything ourselves in our Munich studio, your parcel goes directly from us to the shipping service provider.

Return

If an item does not quite meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it.

30-day period: You can return items to us within 30 days of receipt.
How it works: Please contact us briefly by email at refund@studio48Nord.de or via our contact form before returning your item. We will then discuss the next steps together.
Return costs: The costs for the return shipment for returns or exchanges are borne by the buyers.
Condition of items: We can provide a full refund if the item arrives unused and in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g. damaged or heavily worn), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please understand that personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
