Both parts of the set are designed, printed and put together for you as a set with passion and precision in our Munich workshop.

Important notes:

Please clean by hand only. The products are not suitable for the dishwasher.
The cup holder slightly reduces the heat transfer of the cup warmer.
This set fits exclusively for the De’Longhi Dedica models EC685 and EC885.
Caution: Contains small parts and strong magnets. Not suitable for children under 3 years.

Here at Studio48°Nord, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every single product is designed, 3D printed and carefully packaged for you by our small team right here in our Munich workshop.

Shipping from Munich: Your order will be shipped directly from our workshop in Munich.
Shipping costs: We charge a flat rate of € 2.90 for shipping within Germany.
Fast processing: We know that you are looking forward to your order. As a rule, we process and dispatch orders within 48 hours (2 working days). So 1 working day for production and then the next working day at the latest the product goes to the post office. As we manufacture everything ourselves in our Munich studio, your parcel goes directly from us to the shipping service provider.

Return

If an item does not quite meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it.

30-day period: You can return items to us within 30 days of receipt.
How it works: Please contact us briefly by email at refund@studio48Nord.de or via our contact form before returning your item. We will then discuss the next steps together.
Return costs: The costs for the return shipment for returns or exchanges are borne by the buyers.
Condition of items: We can provide a full refund if the item arrives unused and in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g. damaged or heavily worn), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please understand that personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
