The stock drip tray and the usual extensions build over 4.3 cm tall. Our tray measures 3.3 cm. That's a full extra centimeter you gain up top, often exactly the difference between "doesn't fit" and "fits".
Enough room for your favorite cup, tall glasses, and a coffee scale under the portafilter.
Materials
PLA outside, PETG where the water sits.
The body is PLA. Where water sits, PETG is the better material because it copes with moisture long-term: the removable container catches drips and leftover water without letting anything through.
Hand-wash both parts briefly. They're not made for the dishwasher.
Care: empty the container, hand-wash with warm water, dry, put back.

Can it go in the dishwasher?
No, please don't. The body is made of PLA, the removable container of PETG. Hand-wash both briefly with lukewarm water, in the dishwasher the heat can deform the material.
