Items in stock usually leave within 2 working days. You get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

The tracking number is in your dispatch confirmation. Use it to follow the parcel directly at DHL.

Returns
You have 14 days to withdraw and 30 days to return. Just send an email to mail@studio48nord.de, no form needed. Mention your order number and I will send you the return address and everything else.
You bear the cost of returning the goods. I refund the purchase price including the original shipping cost as soon as the item is back. The full withdrawal policy is in the terms, § 6.
If something arrived damaged or a part does not fit, write to me before you send it back. That is usually the faster route.
